Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified)

Calling all Maintenance Technicians!
Are you a hands-on problem-solver who enjoys working with a dynamic team? Genesis Properties is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our crew at a modern community located on the East Side of Richmond. We are a smaller company, and we strive to create a positive and supportive work environment. You are not a number; you are an essential part of our team. Your work is important. What you'll do:
  • Be a Property Pro: Perform efficient and high-quality apartment turns to get units ready for our next residents.
  • Fix it Right: Use your skills in electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and HVAC to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Solve Resident Problems: Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers to ensure everyone is satisfied and informed.
  • Stay Ready: Join our rotating on-call schedule to respond to urgent issues and keep our community running smoothly.
What we're looking for:
  • Two years of maintenance experience: You've been in the game and know the ropes.
  • A team player: We work better together, and we want someone who feels the same.
  • A clean record: You'll need to pass a background check and drug screen.
